There is a gasket from Steele Rubber Products part # 70-2088-99 that I tried that works fine. Cost about $4.00 a foot and 7 feet is plenty. Comes with 3m double sided foam tape applied.

I will need to find a vendor for steele rubber in Canada preferably.

Headlights look great. Did you weld in the whole headlight bucket from a Euro car or make custom brackets to keep them in place?

I came across this seal in a search for something else and remembered reading this thread, so thought I would post it here. Its not cheap, obviously in the UK and I have never ordered or heard of this particular vendor before so I can in no way vouch for them but for those looking it may be of use.
