Hey Rob- You gonna take some pics of the installed mounting brackets at some point? :poke I'm sure I've forgotten most of what you told me by now.

BTW, as I posted in here somewhere previously, if you're patient, you can pick up a pair of the Silverado headlights for stupid money on eBay. I got mine for less than $25 shipped to my doorstep. I can't get them from the junkyard that cheap.

Also bear in mind that the after-market projector headlights require some mods to the grille, so think twice before opting for those if you go with new lights.

Yes I have taken lots of pics of an instal I did and Im helping someone now instal there's over the phone.

As soon as I get him straight, I will get some suggestions on how to word it for everyone.

I hope he will be done by this weekend.

As for the Projector light instal there is just more trimming to do its not a big deal.

Rob:

Are there any ideas floating around in your mind about modifying the XR rear (just the section of the taillights and the center space between them)?

I have a few things in mind, I am not sure how much demand there is. But if the demand is there I can make something up. Or I could make some one offs. Just let me know.

Have no idea of extent of demand, but my guess is if you offered (or offered to custom fabricate) something that caught people's fancy--something that also made a statement like your Angry Eyes grille does, but for the rear--there would be interest. My guess also is that few people have focused on the rear--in terms of having any ideas what to do there--so if you shared with people whatever ideas you have now, that likely would stimulate interest. Actual demand would depend on how many liked one or another of your ideas.

So, please share your thoughts so far on this!

Please hold a rear bumper for me. I've been itching for it since you posted some pics a while back.
