Well...Transmission is done...

Post by Rocky Leitch »

The transmission case broke, Damn It.
So, we've been collecting parts for a T-5. I figured at 49yrs. old I'm going to learn how to finally drive
manual. Who says beautiful ol' lady can't learn new tricks  The ultimate trick is to get 20psi at my
beck and call. Love it :D We'll keep you posted. We are doing this while finding a new place to live.
Man...when it rains it pours out here in the Northwest! So my training wheels for said transition is Rowdy :D
For those of you who need some gentle mind nudging, Rowdy is a '73 Capri with a 300hp V8 and T-5.
Me likey... Here's a picture of my training wheels...

More specs? 2460lbs with a full tank(16G) of fuel, 3.70:1 geared 9", discs all around,
195/60R15s front, 235/60R15s rear, 0-60 under 6 seconds, 1/4 in 12:0X, with a 1:6X
60' time, when it doesn't go up in smoke...

What else do you want to know??

:cheers
