Maybe blugg have them, not sure but ask him, he got a lot of parts, even many not listed on the web page so give him a call or send an e-mail, here is the web site (but is better if you call or e-mail):

If not already available through a vendor I can machine a run of them out of aluminum or Delrin.

To the best of my knowledge, no, these are not available from anyone. I can't recall ever seeing it available as a factory part. I like the idea of someone producing them in delrin or other suitable material. :thumb

I had been pondering the same thing, to get my machinist to do some. Have you got a good one to work from, or pedal assembly? How much do you think it would cost?

I have a 5-speed XR but haven't pulled it apart before. If someone can get me accurate measurements of a good stock piece(s) I can make some. Guessing $15-20 shipped for a pair.

I took the two out of my auto brake pedal, they appear good, lot tighter than the 5speed, same ones. I'll get my calipers and measure them, and the shaft & pedal

A diagram or some pictures showing their orientation would be great as well.

How bout I send you, a pedal(my old brake), shaft, mount and 2 bushings. You can use for development.

Once you have, how long to make?

Without the tab I can EASILY make thos in the CNC lathe. With the tab I'm probably not interested in making them.

PM me for shipping address if you want to send parts, probably not necessary with the more accurate dimensions.

I don't believe the tab is necessary, I don't see the need to hold them from rotating.

Could they be done in Brass?

That was my thought as well. And machined as a "minor" interference fit, it shouldn't rotate any way.

The 2 most critical points are the shaft od is .6275 and id of pedal arm .745

I measured the nylon bushing installed, does compress some from pics. ID tightens to .632-.634
