BTW, I called BAT, seals out of stock. O rings, one left
Rapido, $28+ for each seal, $14 for an O ring.

Hi there,
That does look like the same one, but seems like they changed the differential seal a bit. Even the seller I got mine from changed the pinion seal, but the description suggests they will fit our XR's. Here is the link to what I purchased, I was happy with the seller, shipping, etc.;you may go to link, contact the seller with questions.

I forgot to mention, you must be talking about the O-rings on the locking plates on each side.
As per Grayson's message, I did not remove those since I didn't have any issues with bearings and simply wanted to replace the seals only to stop the leaks. The second link above has a nice blow up drawing showing all the parts in detail, when you click on the part.
