Just be sure you remove the resistor wire from the wiring harness to the in-tank old pump. Some people have reported, well, fire when failing to do that. The increased amp draw of the pump could result in the resistor section overheating. ;)

Didn't even think to check MC2. Worth paying the premium - a good bunch to have a relationship with.

I have searched for a wiring diagram for the fuel system and only found one generic one for the t-bird. Anyone know where I could find one?

Get the manual on CD from MC2 when you get the fuel pump. ;)

So I noticed the other day there was a tag on the extra turbo that came with the car. I am pretty sure if I am deciphering junk yard correctly its out of a turbo coupe. Any though on what I should do with it?

So I had to pull the valve cover to see what was going on. the cork gasket was well not so good anymore. Doing some research I ordered the ford pcv valve and the ranger valve cover gasket. Having the top torn down this far i was wandering if anyone can think of things to do before I reassemble on Thursday. I am even considering a bigger cam.

Looks like you've got some work ahead of you. Hopefully you get it back on the road soon.
No tips from me, though. I bought my car 100%, no work required beyond polishing.
