How many of you have swapped in a C4 auto?

I read a tread some where that the c4 was possible but labor intensive.

The labour intensive part is finding the bell housing, then making sure it's aligned with the flex plate.
It ain't rocket surgery, it's a bit fiddly, but nothing an experienced back-yard mechanic can't deal with...

Are you confusing the A4LD swap ( 4 speed OD automatic ) with the C4 ( 3 speed automatic ) swap?
I've done both FWIW
