Rear springs

Post by Choochoochoo »

So I finally got my my rear springs in, hyperco 550's, huge improvement. However, it looks as though the passenger side hasn't really seated right. I still have the isolator in there, should I just give it some time to seat right, or should I unload the suspension and try again? Tips? Suggestions? I kinda figured I'd just spray it down with some wd40 and go from there..

give it a few days first. see what happens.

If they didnt seat completly into the rubber up top, then it could cause a height difference.

Did you shave the rear upper spring isolator flat and install the springs "flat side up"? Hyperco springs need to be installed spiral side down to match the spiral profile of the STA spring bucket, and you mod the upper spring isolator to match the flat top of the spring.
