The one who made that video in the first place has made two updates, the most recent of the two stating that the person with those Cossies worked at a dealership in Sweden and that the cars were customers' cars. Soon, they will be officially determined abandoned and he can officially become the owner.
At that point, he will sort the good from the restorable from the unrestorable, and he will restore what can be restored.
