Exhaust leak - from turbo downpipe? Need help diagnosing

Then you're not using enough, not using it often enough, or not waiting long enough after applying. For something under the car where rust may have welded parts together there may not be anything for it to do, but rust should not be a problem on the turbo.

YMMV.

I have two XRs and a Scorpio; removed the down pipe bolts on each once, and also removed tbe down pipe bolts on my parts Scorpio. Spritzed them, and with carefully selected socket (might have used a SAE on one), twisted carefully and removed all without issue.

Both of my Xr's leak where the turbo outlet meets the downpipe. From my understanding they didn't use any kind of donut or gasket at that fitting and it just wore down as it got older and used.
