I know right, I'm sure nobody is getting rich selling Xr stuff but you'd think as inexpensive as setting that option up is it would be worth it for the business. Did we ever get a reply on the price of these?

Unfortunately, as difficult as it is to squeeze in personal phone calls during business hours, it's even harder to receive them. The chances of me being able to answer a phone between work functions are very small. I do my shopping at 10pm on Amazon or Summit or rockauto... or mc2racing. Because they have online ordering.

The advantages of online ordering are obvious, even to an old, 20th-Century fart like myself:

Contact the vendor at your convenience. This could be anytime of day or night, weekends, whenever. The vendor responds at their convenience. On a well-designed site/system, all the information you should need-- including, you know-- price-- is right there in front of you.What if, in the time you have available to call (typically carved out/stolen from a busy schedule), the vendor is on the phone with someone else (because that's how they do their business, so they're usually on the phone!)? What if, when the vendor is able to call you back, you can't take the call?

It's always nice, and sometimes necessary, to be able to call someone if you need more info, have an issue, etc. But some change actually is progress.
