Rock auto sells the O-ring that holds the reservoir onto the pump body and they also sell a kit with the plastic reservoir and O-ring. The O-ring just needs to be replaced, very easy job and no more spot on the floor.

Easy fix, remove the lower hose, unscrew the pressure fitting on the side with an 11/16 wrench. Remove reservoir, replace large o-ring on pump and two small o-rings on the control valve that is accessible after you removed the pressure line as shown in the directions. Coat sealing area of reservoir with vaseline and reinstall everything. Mark exactly the reservoir position before removal with a scratch mark to make reinstallation easier. Pics here:
