show us your engine bays

Post by DSPXR4ti » Tue May 06, 2008 8:29 pm

Just like the subject said, take a pic of your engine bays, it's always fun to look at the pic's and get some good ideals or maybe something you were thinking about and now that you seen it, now thats what you could get done.

Split-scroll header. :P

Seemed like a better idea in my head... then I built it and realized it's a pain in the ass to align all those flanges.

Colin

Looks sick though :notworthy . I have seen a few set-ups with dual WG's. Many people stand by it, other's don't see the point or need. Excited to see more video's of the Green mean machine.

Older shots of my engine bay.

Image

Saab IC with practically no air flow. (I know, I know the Forge BOV looks horrible mounted that way) :banghead It was just temporary.

Image

I am not running an IC or BOV at the moment. Gotta get my electrical issue figured out :dunno

To be honest... I doubt it. I have a serious lack of time and more importantly money right now.

I need to get over to JV's to pull off the downpipe from one of his customer cars that uses the same E6/Cossie turbo setup that I have so it can be duplicated and installed on my car. JV is a busy guy and I'm working 2 jobs to keep up with the bills so it's been hard to coordinate.

It is my new project car so let's call this the before picture...

The exhaust manifold is cracked in two places, plus the wiring is hacked up.
