Sadly, it looks the same as it did almost 5 months ago:

Well thats not exactly true. I've moved the buckets of antifreeze out from under it, and succeeded in removing one of the broken exhaust bolts... and shearing the other one off flush with the head. :thumbsdn

To be honest... I doubt it. I have a serious lack of time and more importantly money right now.

I need to get over to JV's to pull off the downpipe from one of his customer cars that uses the same E6/Cossie turbo setup that I have so it can be duplicated and installed on my car. JV is a busy guy and I'm working 2 jobs to keep up with the bills so it's been hard to coordinate.
Ooooo, me too! I get my turbo back next week and I want to do the exhaust soon!

I wasn't going to post mine yet, but I'm bored... It should look a bit different in a couple months after I rehab a few things, but here are a couple recent pics:

Is your intercooler behind the radiator?

Good question, but no, it actually sits above the radiator. Its a genuine Cosworth 2wd IC. It actually bolts straight into the XR without any special brackets or mods to the core support. The only trick is that it needs to be used with a shorter radiator, like the Saab 900 Turbo radiator I'm using. The killer thing is that it's a super simple install with a couple very simple L brackets on the top of the Saab radiator to attach the radiator to the bottom of the IC. Then just a simple radiator "crossmember" to support the bottom of the radiator(and mounting to the original XR radiator mounting points) and you're done.

As an added bonus, I still have all my a/c components intact, including the condenser (which often have to remove to do a front mount intercooler).

Here's a pic of just the IC:
