And in Cali too!
Were gonna have to start up an LA meet!
There's nearly as many here, as on the East coast...well nearly.
I should be putting my new one through smog sometime next week.

yeah, the XR4Ti seems to be catching on a bit in SoCal now.

Wonder how many will make it out to the Knott's show on the 25th.

Sweet man, I just tried to get mine smogged today, no such luck tho. timings off, so i got a timing cover (chrome off a pinto lol(hope it works)) and im off to the smogger tomorrow. I agree there needs to be a meet real soon.

Did it pass?
I was about to take mine yesterday, got it up to temp and then the idle started wandering between 800 and 1200 rpm.
So now looking for air leaks, I had a look at the air flow meter and that looked a bit oily as well.

nah, my timings off, idles at just about 1000 rpm. I had to find a timing cover since my car didnt have one, but all I could find at the yard was a pinto. It fits, so I guess thatll have to do for now.

Found my old Carbing oil catch can in the back of the garage, so I thought what the hell? Here it is, sans hoses. Apologies for the ginormous pics.
