No real such thing as universal with 4 lugs as there are many more than the two patterns you can fit on the wheel.

If it has a 4x108 pattern, you are all set. You'll have luck looking for Focus wheels as well. They share our bolt pattern and hub size. Their offset is higher, but that is easily fixed with spacers.

In addition to the bushings, add the steering rack bushings and differential mount to your list.

i know we have an odd bolt pattern for the rims, will 4 lug universal fit? i dont know how many 4 lug patterns there are cause universal doesnt always mean universal.

most of the 4 lug universal patterns are 4x100, and 4x114

They are 4-lug variants as well. It should be stamped into the back of the hub on the wheel. Measuring between 4x100 and 4x108 is going to be difficult at best.

Either or - i'd recommend poly if you're going to drive the car on the street @ all, and solid if it's more of a purebred. solid requires some permanent mods.

I'd back it down to the wastegate pressure (10psi). Also, make sure to keep the KS plugged in and reset timing to 10* BTDC, maybe less if you get any deto.

10* is standard for the XR auto's and the LA/8UA/PE ECU's. The XR manuals were 13*.

Timing is ECU dependent. Since you have the LA3, keep it at 10*.

The only reason the autos had less timing was they were weaker and that is how Ford limited power along with limiting boost to 10psi.
