Didn't mean to make this a ABS thread, but its part of my build...so be it.
This must be early ABS cause the controller is part of the master, later they used a separate block for actuating
Here's pics of the 4x4 ecu and harness, connectors..

Pin side of connector

Front

Rear

Harness

Power Relays

Main harness connectors, are the Scorpio the same?

I believe this is for warning lamps

Ecu connector and harness

Now if anyone has Scorpio to compare, or Mike does your 3dr Cossie similar, if my car doesn't have the main harness connections I'll need the Scorpio or Cossie wiring diagrams to know what circuits need to be completed

Scorpio:nzwinrz wrote: Now if anyone has Scorpio to compare

This part number ending in "AG" is for a 2wd LHD car. A similar box ending in part number "AE" would be for a 2wd RHD car. The connectors also varied throughout the years and are defined by color - see how your connector is red and the inside plastic of the ABS control module is red - they need to match in that manner. So the Scorpio unit shown with the green plastic inside woud be matched to a green connector.

Very pretty....... I have not seen this built earlier but glad I went through the write up.
1/ connectors you are asking about match Scorpio face-lift model (91.8-94)
2/ late Scorpio ABS plugs were green, early style brown or black....

Is there any connectors in the XR harness that connect? I might want the connectors from a Scorpio to make the connection to the XR

Ran the emission lines, connected fuel feed and return..

Ran some of the ABS harness through the engine bay to where they hook up to wheel sensors...
Being the battery is now in the rear, I needed a junction block to tune the power feeds to starter, alternator, ABS as well as 12v power branches to front headlight relays...

Did away with the oem Ford euro fan relays for something I can get anywhere for less...

The two little wires, alternator igniter signal, needed to move from one side of engine to other, same for starter signal. Haven't gotten the connector I want on in this shot

Thanks Nate, forgot to show that I restored the OEM Cosworth fan set. Plan on splitting the fans up to each have its own relay like the later Cossies did

Added some padding where the radiator backs up to the intercooler
