So judging from the pics (very nice, BTW), RS Cosworths were sent to Tickford to become RS500's right? I wonder what they did with all the take-off bumpers and wings, as well as all the other different parts... seems like they would've just shipped them sans those parts to save themselves the trouble and expense.

The pictures are of RS500s. Erik, Mo and John own RSs.

i put the pics up on my computers at work, and this girl told me they look like pictures from the 1960's jim crow times.

And besides, the RS500 was an RS that was "modified" by hand, not built. The main car was built on a line.

All RS500's were originally regular RS Cosworths.

They were built in 1986 and then put into storage in Essex,UK.
When they had the OK for production for the homologation purposes, they were then delivered to Tickfords production plant at Bedworth near Coventry,and were transformed between June 23rd and July 30th 1987, by hand.

Don't forget that RS500's were only RHD.
