Half-price MerkMeters at Carlisle!!!

Post by DPDISXR4Ti » Sun May 22, 2005 11:57 am

It's hard to believe there might still be someone on the fence about attending Carlisle 2005, but I'll write this message to kick that one last person off the fence! Yesterday I just received a bunch of HALF PRICE discount coupons from Jim Wirt for his infamous MerkMeters. That's right, MCA members attending Carlisle will be able to purchase a MerkMeter for only $45! One coupon will be in every MCA goody bag, and must be presented to Jim to receive the discount price. MCA membership, dinner tickets, and t-shirt purchase can all be done via PayPal via the link below. The time has come to stop procrastinating - just do it NOW!!! :)

That's on my list, just because it's a neat little thing.

What exacly does it do? (the link was partially down) I know it reads the air to fuel mixture. What do you do if is reading a bad mix?

It's the Merkur equivalent of a Jewish mother; watching over your air-fuel mixture constantly and staring you right in the eyes and nagging nagging nagging you if it's not where it's supposed to be (but not telling you what's wrong or where or why), BUT YOU HAVE TO FIX IT, RIGHT AWAY OR YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT OR DO YOUR WORK DURING THE DAY :!: :P

So get one, soon; join the other neurotics who have nothiing else to think about while their driving their Merkurs and don't want to simply enjoy the pleasurely roll down the highways and byways.  :D

YMMV 8)
