Well, it almost could have been, as they gave me a "celebrity pick" as well. Bill had already beaten a path to your car T, so I decided to select Lynn Krause's original '85 instead. So you got a real celebrity to pick your car instead of me! 8)

Congrat's on the well-deserved recognition. :)

Damn Zee! That is some hot stuff right there! European-inspired, all the right curves, excellent hues!

And the car was pretty cool as well!!! 8)

Super clean 8) I got pics of your ride on the showfield on sat...that color is sweet. I like how you carpeted the rear of the interior after you removed the "uneeded" things  Its smooth and looks great. Awesome job! Now I have to get off my computer and get some more work done on my xr
where'd I put that damned hammer?? :-D

I'd like to do a half cage in my xr (good place to mount harnesses)..but I want to keep my back seats...DG mentioned a place that did them so that you can keep the back seats but I cant remember now who it was. I figure..Kids may come into play in the near/not so near future..at that time I wont want to quit driving my xr just because something poked in fun was taken seriously

Hey, what's the deal with your a-pillars? Is there any appreciable increase in wind noise with the little rubber strips deleted? I was thinking of taking mine off when I repaint. :?

Good eye Colin. Those weather-strips are always dried out and look like hell.
I would just as soon delete them and fill the mounting holes too.

T- Who did your body work?

The carpet I did, when it was getting dark out! LOL.
I had my leatherman (the wave -my favorite) out , with the scissors, cutting that carpet! Haahaa. (remember , it was getting dark!)

The bodywork was done from a placed called Rainbow Collison.
It's in Nassau.

for a job in the dark the carpet looks great! A nice touch too..makes the job look more finished and professional. I dont have those rubber seals in my car and come to think of it..I dont notice any extra wind noise...but with a full 3" exhaust and 1kw of sound system..I dont hear much but engine or tunes
