Roush Merkur to make appearance at Carlisle 2007!

This one has been a long time coming, but given that we're featuring the 20th Anniversary of the SCCA Trans-Am Champion Roush Merkur this year, it was high time to get the car to Carlisle. And that is precisely what we've done.
Coming off a recent restoration, we've arranged to have one of the two remaining Roush Merkurs at the All-Ford Nationals for the duration of the weekend. This car represented the Merkur marque in it's most developed form; it was responsible for successfully fulfilling 50% of the "Win on Sunday, sell on Monday" strategy. As we all know, the "sell on Monday" portion of that strategy was much less successful.
Thanks go out to Peter Cipolla who was instrumental in helping to get this done. It's something we first started working towards over two years ago.
I trust this news kicks the last few of you off the fence on your decision to attend this year's event. Most everything you need to know about this year's big show is available via this link, but if you still have any questions, ask away.
