We are returning to the Camp Hill Radisson (http://www.radisson.com/camphillpa) for Merkurs at Carlisle 2008! Many of you may remember that we stayed at this hotel for the years 2000 - 2003, and the feedback was generally positive.

I've been able to negotiate the following discounted room rates:
$109 Single or Double
$119 Triple
$129 Quad

To book a room at the group rate, you must specify that you are with the Merkur Club of America. Reservations must be called in using either of the following numbers:
1.717.763.7117 Hotel
1.800.333.3333 World-wide Reservations
(Note: There is no on-line option to make a reservation at the group-rate)

The typical Friday arrival, Sunday morning departure would involve a 2-night reservation of June 6 and 7th (departing Sunday morning, June 8th). You may arrive a day early or stay a day late at the group rate. FWIW, I intend to arrive on Thursday, June 5th, and get a full day at the show on Friday.

I just made my reservation, and had my confirmation details e-mailed within 5 minutes. Who's next? :D

Watch the Carlisle 2008 forum and the MCA Newsletter (in production right now), for future announcements relating to our big annual event.

Here's a thread on that at the Carlisle forums:

I believe camping will be available in that area again this year, but you might want to double-check.

The guy on the phone must've heard "B" when I spelled "C-O-L-I-N D-O-Y-L-E," so Colin Boyle now has a room reserved for him.

Does your theory have anything to do with a full dues 2 month membership?
