For 2009, we return to the ever-popular Radisson in Camp Hill PA (http://www.radisson.com/camphillpa), just outside of Harrisburg.

Discounted room rates are un-changed from last year as follows:
$109 Single or Double
$119 Triple
$129 Quad

To book a room at the group rate, you must specify that you are with the Merkur Club of America. Reservations must be called in using either of the following numbers:
1.717.763.7117 Hotel
1.800.333.3333 World-wide Reservations
(Note: There is no on-line option to make a reservation at the group-rate)

The typical Friday arrival, Sunday morning departure would involve a 2-night reservation of June 5 and 6th (departing Sunday morning, June 7th). You may arrive a day early or stay a day late at the group rate. Increasingly, many of us arrive on Thursday, June 4th, and get a full day at the show on Friday.

I just made my reservation via the 800#, and had my confirmation details e-mailed within 5 minutes. Your turn now....

More details to follow soon in the MCA Newsletter (in production right now), and in this forum.

Just booked. No problems all very efficient. They even had my info on file from last year.

I requested one of the rooms at the back left so I will hear the sound of a 2.3 Lima when I go to sleep and when I wake up!
