Last Minute MCA Renewals

Post by MagentaRed »

Less than a week to go and we have a few members who have not renewed. Don't forget, no showfield signups, so I need your renewals now. You MUST be a CURRENT member in order to receive a goodie bag and be eligible for raffle prizes.

Most of those who have not renewed have received an e-mail reminder from me. However a few e-mails bounced back, and i have no way to contact the following: Saul Lipton, Kenny Heck, Keith Pritchett, John Butterbaugh, Mark Metz, Donald Raymer, Ricky Schenk. If you are in contact with any of them, please let them know that it is time to renew.

Just visit the renewal page at: www.MerkurClub.com/joinHow.htm and you can use Paypal to renew your membership in a minute. A one year membership (good until March 31, 2010) is still only $20. Renew for two years for just $35.

Thanks. See you next week.

Scott: I'm pretty sure I renewed but didn't receive any notification from MCA. Can you confirm, please?

Brad, could you check on my Dad's and my 2 yr renewals? FYI: I just notice that the PayPal address that I paid should be changed.

All I've got right now is the "Unpaid" list, and there's no Yancy's on it. Any change of address (e-mail or mailing), should go to Scott.

Thanks for checking Brad. I spent most of today getting the car prepped... all nice and shiny (for now). See you there Friday.

I just paid for a membership today. It didnt ask for much info, so I just want to make sure that everything was good.

You don't. Some day we'll have an on-line form so you can enter all this stuff, but the world turns at a different pace with an all-volunteer organization.

For now, as long as we've got your e-mail address and mailing address, that's all we really need. If you've signed up/renewed and need to give us either of those, just forward to scott@merkurclub.com

No issue if you clicked the renew button vs. new member. It all goes to the same account. We just did that in an attempt to categorize "new" vs. "existing" members.

Lastly, yes, we're aware that the paypal confirmation still comes back in Norm's name. It's actually much harder to change that than you might imagine. No worries though, the funds are going into the club account.

I think that's everything... :dunno

It does? How nice-- don't mind a bit if you don't change that.

Good Ol' Norm... :cheers
