V625U Battery in MCA Goody Bag?
I'm thinking the Varta V625U battery included in the MCA goody bag is the correct battery for the key fob, but I'm just guessing. Any idea who the source is and what it's for?

If you install the battery in the key, be sure you don't stuff your key(s) in a tight fitting jeans pocket, e.g.; or a pcoket with other items, like coins... the light switch can be pushed enough to turn on the light and use up the battery in a, um, flash.
YMMV

Yeah I replaced the battery and fixed my fob key. I was excited to get it to work only to find the battery dead in a day... I got my battery from Rite Aid if anyone cares.Ed Lijewski wrote:If you install the battery in the key, be sure you don't stuff your key(s) in a tight fitting jeans pocket, e.g.; or a pcoket with other items, like coins... the light switch can be pushed enough to turn on the light and use up the battery in a, um, flash.
