Jeff owes me 50$ for 2 power heated Scorpio seats. He does not return phone calls and has no obvious intent of paying me. Don't deal with Jeff Webb, I should have known better when he told me he is a car salesman, lying for a living makes you quite good at it.

When he left my house more than a month ago, he owed me the money. Vacation is not an excuse to take 5 minutes to Paypal someone, is it?

I've always had good transactions with Jeff, including some major purchases where delivery took more than a year entirely due to me. In fact, he ended up delivering the parts to the West Coast.
