Is there a Dyno at Carlisle you can pay to have your Merkur tested for a fee?

Yes, there is a dyno on the showfield.

How do you reserve a time and how much was it to test?

Its been pretty easy to just get in line right there on the spot. I think its $80, but don't quote me on that.
