Radisson Hotel Reservation Info

Post by DPDISXR4Ti »

Just six months to go until Merkurs at Carlisle 2016! We're a little late in getting the hard-copy newsletter out, so I'm posting the hotel info here first. Getting committed early is the key to making it to Carlisle, so drop everything and make your reservation now!

The Carlisle Ford Nationals will fall on June 3-5 2016, so get the date on your calendar now. Once again, we will be returning to the Radisson Harrisburg (actually located in Camp Hill PA) as our base of operations. For those of you who missed our gathering this past year, the Radisson has undergone an extensive renovation – you'll recognize the building, but not the rooms! Not without some effort, we have been able to maintain our discounted room rate as follows:

$110 Single or Double
$120 Triple
$130 Quad

To book a room at the group rate, you must specify that you are with the Merkur Club of America. Reservations can be called in using either of the following numbers:
1.717.763.7117 Hotel
1.800.333.3333 World-wide Reservations

Alternatively, you can make your reservation on-line and receive our group rates. Here's a direct link which will auto-populate our group rates:

If for some reason that doesn't work, you can just go to the main Radisson reservation site and enter "MERKUR" in the promotional code field under the Advanced Search Options. Here's the link:

For a Thursday night arrival, Sunday morning departure, you'd want to make a 3-night reservation of June 2, 3 and 4 (departing Sunday morning, June 5th). You may arrive a day early or stay a day late at the group rate. Of course, you can stay for two or even just one night, should you so desire.

As most of you know, Carlisle just isn't Carlisle unless you hang out at the hotel, so if you plan to be there (and why wouldn't you?), make your reservation now.
