Finally! Got my first XR4Ti

Post by jeiiomix »

Seriously wanted this car since I first laid eyes on it over 20 years ago. Just bought it friday night. Some of you may recognize this car (or so I was told)... Lookin for some pointers and assistance on future projects and to network with local XR4Ti owners.

Dont know if i should start an new thingie, but I was wondering if anyone could assist me on puttin' back the A/C system. I have Mitchell On Demand 2007, but its diagrams are vague in description and need more accurate information. Need to know whats missing and where exatly the system components go... also which parts are interchangeable? Sorry again if I'm goin about this the wrong way.. this is, in fact, only my third time posting ever on any site! Thanks

Yes, a new"thingie" (sometimes call a "topic" or "subject") would be a good idea in the XR section. You could also do an intro post in the General section but I won't beat you up about two things in one post!

Oh yea, welcome...

I can't be any help on A/C stuff.
One of the first things I did with my car was remove it so I don't even remember what it looked like.

I'd be willing to donate some ac stuff (probably everything you need). It's resonably simple to take out so I don't see why it wouldn't be easy to put back in.

Welcome!
