....stumbled across this while browsing cosworth vids. might be a repost. sry if it is.
check the other link for pics of the car and a shot of the engine. :twisted:
Has anyone seen this car before or have other specs on the engine other than what's in the info section of the vid?

well using calculator here: http://www.wallaceracing.com/Calculators.htm
and taking the specs from the vid it gives you a rough hp estimate.....

Your HP computed from your vehicle ET is 641.82 rear wheel HP and 713.13 flywheel HP.
Your HP computed from your vehicle MPH is 602.45 rear wheel HP and 669.39 flywheel HP.

Is that 8.8 in the 1/8 or what? Didn't look like a 1/4 mile pass.

if you listen right after the camera zooms in on the clock, it's definitely a 1/4 mile pass. the track color changes right at the clock but you can still hear the cars running well pass that.

It certainly seemed like he had plenty of time to shut it down when it started torque-steering heavily to starboard. Guess he thought he could save it.
