That's the stock turbo. All XR turbos were water-cooled.

Its my understanding that the xr's only came with oil cooled turbos..no coolant line going to them..is that correct?
My turbo has a coolant line going into and a return line as well..also says "ar .60" on it..
Could this be a turbo from an svo or a turbocoupe?

XR's came from the factory with WATER COOLED Turbos.... Some have removed the cooling lines(I have no idea why)

Simplification of the cooling system, but I wouldn't recommend it on a stock car or daily driver.

As stated, all XR's came with water-cooled T3 turbos. It sounds like you have a stock turbo, probably the original.

Only the early Turbo Coupes came with oil-only cooled T3 turbos.
