Black XR4Ti spotted around 5:30 PM today (December 4, 2017.) It must be a local.

I don't know anyone in the area with a black one that is running.
To be honest, I didn't think there was anyone on the list that lives in C'bus but me.
Edit: King Fisch travels between St Louis and Pissburgh pretty frequently and has a black XR.
