Strut recommendation 350f/650r spring rates

Looking for a strut recommendation for the 88 xr4ti.
The car is has stock blown/old struts and 350lbs front coilover springs and 650lbs Camaro rear springs.
Also what length front springs are you guys running?
The car is pretty low currently and I want to keep it that way.

Wow, you sure you don't have those numbers backwards? 350/650 would be a stiff F/R setup...

Ditto what John said, unless you're quoting wheel rates (rear 0.6:1 motion ratio).

Koni or Bilstein (hard to find), unless you want to go to Gaz or some similar full coilover.

How low is the car? You can convert the fronts to VW coilovers which give you lots of choices on "teh lows".

As far as the vw stuff goes, I'll have to recheck what models and years fit.
I'm not sure how low I am compared to stock height, I'd say realatively low. I'll try to post a pic.
Does anyone have parts numbers to the bilstein and Konis for the xr.

The Bilstein B6 and B8, and Koni Sports can handle 650 rear. And these same brands will cover 350 front as well, no issues. You can find B8's on Ebay for $100 shipped each right now.

If you mean from Autozone, I ordered them and it's clear they don't have them. Ordered, no communication, waited until the anticipated day I should have received them, asked for update, ordered canceled and refunded a few days later.

I ended up ordering a full set from TDC Automotive in the UK who were fantastic.

I am currently running these exact spring rates right now in my car with the Bilstein adjustable height coilover struts and shocks from MC2 Racing as well as a poly bushings everywhere. I was using this setup with stock 15" wheels and tire sizes at first, then went to 17x8 wheels with 225/45r17 PSS tires. Much stiffer than stock but feels great. I have absolutely no complaints about the ride at all, even on the total $#!* roads of south west Michigan. No fillings getting rattled out, no back pain, etc. I think it is a great combo if you want to carve corners with some gusto but still drive the car around town regularly.

I think Blugg may still have a set of B6 fronts for sale. Very low mileage.
