Here's a unique item.

Head's up!
I'm normally all about unique items + outrageous displays, but I have no idea what I would do with something like this.
Maybe it would work for someone with a huge garage or one of the vendors could put it on the building.
The HOA would probably get upset if I put it on the side of the condo...

I've actually figured out how to do this.
But 135 bucks? Yikes... I'd give like 30% of that because making it show display-capable would cost another $100.

Haven't seen this one before.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/254417549482
It'll look good on my windshield next to my other brochures.

I'm always on the prowl for unusual stuff that I can display at shows and I pay good money when something gets my attention.

Too small for me, but someone here might like this. Low price, too.
Merry Christmas!! :cheers

Check this out!

I already have a Motorsport jacket and this is too small for me, but it'll fit someone in here.
If this were an XL, I'd be a bidder.

Shouldn't a Member's Only Jacket be tagged Member's Only?

Maybe they mean the style. I remember buying a Members Only jacket when they first came out in the late 70's, lol  . It's a nice jacket- wonder what it'll go for?

At least it's got the correct logos that really matter.
IMO, the opening bid is close to top dollar for a Merkur jacket. The Motorsport jacket was $50 to my door.

This one's been on Ebay for years:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/vintage-80s-ME ... SwDrpb0nfo
Similar concept to the "Members Only" jacket, but I don't think I like it as well.
I offered the seller $40 plus shipping for it awhile back.... they should've accepted.

Ok... here's the ultimate item for the man who has everything:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-18K-GOLD- ... Sw7aBeG-Tn

I am pretty sure this ring has made multiple appearances on Ebay without ever selling. The guy relists it every time the price of gold goes up.
$2500 sounds like a lot of dough, but the opening bid is scrap value plus $580.
I'd probably spend another 500 bucks just getting that monster down to a wearable size!

My Uncle worked at Lincoln/Mercury/Merkur dealership for a long time, before and after Merkur. He started as an office clerk and eventually owned the dealership. That ring was definitely his style and I wouldn't have been surprised if he owned one of them (if it wasn't unique).

Well, guess what?
It's not the only one. This is not the same ring, it's a bigger, better one, complete with Cartier box.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Cartier-Lincol ... SwCXBeM3wQ

I sure wouldn't want to get punched in the face with that thing!

If one ever came up for sale when the price of gold wasn't sky high, I could be tempted to buy it as a wearable gold investment.
I've owned gold in the past, but sold it all a few years ago when it went even higher than now. It ended up being a good long term investment.
To my knowledge these rings never sell. The price is too high, they go back in the safe for a few years, then reappear.
That ring was definitely his style and I wouldn't have been surprised if he owned one of them (if it wasn't unique).
Well, I'm all about the most flamboyant possible mobile display of all things Merkur.
I'd wear it in a New York minute just because of the outrageousness factor.
