I'd be up for judging - beware, though... I'm likely to vote Godfrey in every category.

I think Godfrey would look uncomfortable accepting an award for *Cutest Merkur Owner* or even the *Gayest Merkur* as was suggested earlier!!
Thanks Colin for chipping in!

Sadly, Godfrey won't be present this year. His leg is really acting up and that long of a trip (from AL) is too much ATM.

Nope, it'll be a similar number to last year (~15). A few adds/changes/deletes to keep things different, but not wholesale change like we did last year.

All,
The awards are finalized for this year. Yes, there are more than just 5 categories. Remember, we only gather on a grand scale like Carlisle once a year (unfortunately!), so we need to make it as special as possible. I will see you all in a few weeks!!!

We talked about that and purposely made some of the categories more elastic in scope to encompass that. Sometimes the awards have been too narrow in definition, and the judges were sorta forcing someone into a category where the achievement didn't quite match the award title. Hope that makes sense. :?

How about a Kids' Table? Happy Meals, pizza, bug juice, little toy XR's... maybe a face painter who can do the logo, or a guy that does balloon animals?
