Are those XR4TI radiators made to order? Is there any way you can make one for an 89 so that I dont have to swap coolant hoses and bottle? The difference is just the hose inlet/outlet locations right?

"In stock" they are for the 85-88 XR cooling system set-up. I can have my AL guy cut the inlet/outlet off and move them to the 89 style set-up if you want, but it requires more welding and some extra material. It can happen but it will cost a little more to do a "one-off" piece.

It's been known to have happened  ... got one in my car. Dunno if Mike wants to have any more made, though.

So the ones you order are already premade? How much extra would i cost to make/modify or find one already made? Any benefit to running the rad setup the same way as the 85-88? Feel free to PM me if you wanna take this offline.

To have them made at a halfway reasonable price I have to get them made in batches of 25, and 85-88 style is the majority of the cars out there so thats how it went.
To get an 89 one made I have to have one modified for you to fit the 89 style.
Benefits of 85-88 set up is that the upper and lower rad hoses are a lot easier to come by (try to find a new 89 upper rad hose!).
Downside is the coolant bottle is on the hot side of the engine bay.

For the rear disk conversion, are you using calipers off a t-bird or some other car?

For the silicone hoses, when do you estimate the ones for a shorty rad will be done and for how much? Upper and lower.

Not T-Bird calipers. By this time next week all the details will be provided and all the parts available.
All the parts will be available individually as well for those who want to only buy the pieces they need/want, so you won't be forced to buy a whole kit if you don't need the whole kit. 8)
Probably a couple more weeks until the upper hose for the shorty rads will be available in silicone. Lower hose will fit either stock or shorty rad, just the uppers are different.
