Sure is! It's probably a Japanese-made parts-store replacement part after 10 years, though.
It looks bigger than the original German ones I have here, but maybe it's an optical ilusion. FWIW (not much), I recall reading something once that indicated the Japaneese have never been able to get bearings figured out, and they should be avoided.
BTW, who's T5 X-member is that, or did you fab it yourself?
More pics! Not a huge update, I just threw a euro front plate on the car for sh*ts 'n giggles then started trying to figure out what to do with this cossie intake manifold. I'm thinking I'll just die-grinder the holes to sway them in the proper direction, then weld a Volvo flange to the runners.
My co-pilot Max... he's a mutt, but I love him.

I just got done porting out the runners to match the area traced in red marker... got 'em pretty well beveled in, then used sandpaper to polish them. I think this will work out pretty well.
Off to the junkyard next Saturday (after I get paid ) to get another Volvo manifold!

I know this sounds captain obvious but you can make your own gaskets. Napa sells long sheets of it of varying thickness. Maybe I missed what you're doing exactly. You stated you were using loping off the flange to replace it with a Volvo flange so it would bolt up to the head. The gasket you have pictured must be for mock up purposes then.
