Couple months pass and today I again used a 20v tool battery (again fully charged) on the motor quickly switching polarity probably ten times without the motor responding.
^^ Began with 20v to Window Down wire connector.
I'm wondering why disconnecting the harness at the door frame made it work.
There must be a circuit breaker or equivalent in the harness ground side somewhere. Or the windows also use the seat motor circuit breaker.

Wind blew off this car's cover today, so I put it back on securely; then decided to unzip the driver's side flap and lower two side windows a bit to allow some really dry Alberta Clipper air to pass through.

The formerly balky driver's side rear window operated perfectly, better than ever in the over 25 years I've owned it.
