I don't, no. It did take a lot of playing to get it correct on my setup.
( x 2 ) Intial set up of the MBC and even the forge dual piston BOV took quite a bit of adjustment(s) to get them "just right" on my black XR. Once set though, I haven't touched them in over a year.

Similar note Mike. If you're interested, in my parts stash I believe I have a OEM WGA with bracket that has part of the rod rusted away if you're interested to scavenge.

Turbosmart In-Cabin Boost Control Valves:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/200723363794

These are great boost control valves that feature a separate one-way check valve in the
engine bay, which allows you to run the boost controller inside the car instead of under
the hood. Boost adjustments can made from the dirver's seat at any time.

We've recently updated http://www.merkurdepot.com with some new parts for the Scorpio & XR4Ti.

New inner tie rods are avalailble for the Scorpio AND XR4Ti in their respective sections. Less expensive than your local autozone plus you'll get the correct length which is an added safety bonus. Quite a few part houses seem to think XR and Scorpio inner tie rods are the same and they're not - for more pics and info please see:

viewtopic.php?f=44&t=22052

Also on the Merkur Depot website you will notice rebuilt T3 turbo center sections are now available under "2.3 Turbo Ford Engine Parts". Professionally rebuilt center cartridges are the least expensive way to replace a bad turbo. I can't swear to it but I believe we have the lowest price on these rebuilt center cartridges as well.

Yes, the Brembos we stock are high quality stock size replacement rotors. So , yes - stock calipers, pads, etc.

(I received the tank a while ago & looks good, thanks!)

While we anxiously await our new XR4Ti & Scorpio aluminum radiators to be made we
have found a reliable source for the aluminum Cosworth radiators that have been proven to
work well in 1989 XRs and all year XRs for those who don't mind doing a little hose
revising. They can be seen and ordered now on our website at http://www.merkurdepot.com
- just look for the link to COSWORTH Aluminum Radiators at the top of the page.

We are happy to share the distributors fantastic shipping rates on these radiators and
offer shipping to anywhere in the US or Canada for only $18.95.

We also have a very nice dual piston Forge blow off valve up on ebay with no reserve and a low
opening bid of only $59.95. These valves retail on Forge's website for $185 and this is
a great opportunity for someone to get a great deal on an excellent BOV:

Rebuilt rear brake calipers for the Scorpio, 2wd Sierra Cosworth, and our XR4Ti rear disc brake kit are now available at http://www.merkurdepot.com
No core charge what so ever with the purchase of these calipers and the factory mounting bracket is included -- worth a mention because they do not include the bracket at most parts stores!

Anyone looking for a cheap used adjustable cam gear for the 2.3T we have one up on ebay now:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/190673552882

Lots of new stuff coming in the next few days/weeks to come!

Would it be possible to use the a/c with a cosworth radiator? it looks like it bolts in, ( though the hoses have to be rerouted i see) is that right? or do i have to fab some mounting brackets?

Still waiting on them from the manufacturer :(

Your browser might be holding onto an old version of the page - go to the page and hit "F5" and it should change.

Bolts in. Keep the AC easily with a Cosworth 2wd intercooler parked on top of the rad even.

I just wanted to drop in an extra update this week to let everyone know we are seeing a lot of stock replenished this week on items that have been outock for quite some time at http://www.merkurdepot.com

We have just received a handful of 2.3 alternator relocation kits back from the machinist and finally have the forward facing turbo outlet / intercooler pipe kits are now stocked as well.

Also, up for grabs on ebay is a rare XR4Ti "Stomper" battery operated car:
