I am. The car will not be painted but mechanically, it will be done. I have my route planned and reservations made. I want that fleece jacket
I'll post some more from the build tonight.

Sounds like when I drove the Brat to Carlisle in 2008 in much of a "work in progress" stage. It wasn't until 4 years later I think that I was able to drive it as a (somewhat) completed vehicle with one color of paint on it.

OK, let's see, what was next on my build?
It wasn't too long after I bought the car I pulled off the cladding and started prepping for my Cosworth arches.

Time to go

Drilling the rivets out

pulling the cladding off



20+ Years of dirt

Once I got the cladding off I started fitting the arches.
I had a few small fitment issues to deal with.


This how they fit in the bumper.

But, overall I'm happy with how they fit.

looks fantastic. really makes me want to get those arches ASAP
88 Mono-white XR: Side exhaust, Walbro, MC2 Front Adjustable Coilovers, Rear Bilsteins, Full Poly bushings, MC2 Diff Mount, Rapido intercooler, Some sort of mild cam(?), Rear Disc conversion, 225s on 17x8 wheels.
