I've been using tinypic for years. I'm kinda surprised I'm not having the same issues since it is a Photobucket Inc site.

Any idea of the cost of hosting the pictures on the MCA website?

Not really. That's why we are proceeding cautiously.

Given what I read about the ownership of Photobucket, I'd nix using any product/site owned by them. The Denver BBB would seem to agree with my sentiments....

On September 13, 2017, Denver Better Business Bureau gave the company an "F" rating, the worst they issue, citing fifteen complaints related to the change in terms and no response from the company

Apparently it most not be prohibitive. Thanks for the new membership perk!

One year later, it looks like Photobucket has backed off their ransomware-like tactics...

Starting November 1st, you will see a discreet “Proudly hosted on Photobucket” watermark on any images you display on sites other than Photobucket.

This change will allow us to continue offering our image hosting service to you as a free user. If you don’t mind the watermark and wish to continue as a free user, you won’t need to do anything. If you prefer no watermarking, simply upgrade to one of our affordable premium plans starting at only $4.48 per month.

I like using Imgur since it is simple to use.
