Hi all,
In Firefox, right click on the image, select open image in new tab and then you can zoom in by pushing and holding down the CTRL button and then press + to make it zoom in.
Other browsers must be similar.
Ricks Auto Sales, Jacksonville, FL.
Cheers
Interesting, thanks!
I did try to zoom in on it, but not in new tab.

Looks awesome Vovan. Did you paint the cladding also? If you did then what paint did you use?
I don't understand, what cladding?

I want to express my gratitude to "brokencase". Without his gift I would not have been able to assemble this car so beautifully.

Some refer to the lower section which is grey on your car as cladding.
The grey plastic trim on the lower half of the car.

I just picked the same color as it was. It was a pearl color with glitter. I covered it with matte varnish on top.

Vovon, since you stripped everything down did you install any sound deadening material? I always thought about doing this to the doors.

No, I didn't install anything. I wanted to do it quickly so I could drive the car.

Where did you find a replacement windshield? And what were the hoops to jump through?

A few of the usual vendors had windshields but seems like they weren't necessarily motivated to sell them.
Hard to explain...Lot's of monkey business and months of back and forth to finally get one rather than just having one and selling it.

Perhaps the case of parts cars sitting but no one willing to go to the effort of removing the windshield and subsequent handling & shipping?
Did you have to go somewhere to get it?
i'm just curious in case I need one someday.
