In the US, close to impossible.
I found mine on German Ebay and there is another one available right now

Don't buy it quite yet though!
Obviously the good news is that the 'Buy now' price is 99 Euro. The bad news is that airfreight over here is ~$300 (FedEx was least expensive when I checked). Bad news #2 is that the German seller might not communicate very well in English (I used babelfish for the initial communication and then had my dad translate). Bad news #3 is that there is a bit of paperwork to be done by the shipper (you might be able to complete the paperwork yourself and overnight to the seller). Bad news #4 is that the diff, because of the grease and oil is considered hazardous material for air freight and requires special packaging, with the accompanying hazardous material fee...
I tried to find a way to get mine shipped by boat but couldn't figure out how to from here and I ended up shipping it up to my parent's house in Sweden and then brought it back here as luggage on my last trip home.
'Someone' (JVAB?) with friends/ close relatives in Germany should be able to collect several of these and pack them up in a crate sent over here on a ship. With an average buying price of 100 Euro (about what I paid for mine also) there should even be an opportunity for profit.
